We are trying to establish a new standard within the house clearance industry,

 

There are three different levels of service which we are able to offer, dependant upon the quality of the items within the property to be cleared. these are:

 

1 - A full purchase where a quote is offered for the complete contents of the property, everything is taken and the property is cleaned afterwards.

 

2 - A partial purchase where the quality of the contents may not be so high and some may need to be disposed of. With this service the cost of disposal is incorporated into the quote.

 

3 - Disposal service, for properties where the contents will need to be disposed of, this is a chargeable service and the fees will be based upon the number of work days required and the number of trips required for full disposal of the contents.

 

We also trade on honesty, if we believe that a piece of furniture or jewellery etc.. is of any particular value we can act as a sales service, researching the piece in question and finding the best place to sell it, we offer this service for 30 % of the sale price.
